Bank owned homes and foreclosed properties in Fairfield County Bridgeport Trumbull, Stamford and Fairfield Connecticut are defining today's Real Estate Market. The right price for real estate today is the price that sells the home. Adjusting to this current market has been a challenge, but the technology tools I have developed for 10 years are more valuable than ever.
Another thing for my wife and I to disagree on, maybe. The safety and convenience arguments are compelling. I like the middle school litmus test, elementary school is way too early.
