The requests by banks for price evaluations from Real Estate Agents is one third what it was last year at this time. There was some discussion about things coming back online with an umbrella liability agreement negotiated between the banks and the Federal Government through the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, but a June 14th deadline appears to have been extended indefinitely. If you have not paid your mortgage this year, there appears to be no reason to start.
