Sometimes, Inflation Is Not Evil

Easing monetary policy has worsened the housing bubble and has not done much to revive the debt-choked economy over the last two years.
There are not enough ideas circulating when you consider the depth of the problem and the consequences to just about every property owning citizen of the United States. There needs to be equity for all parties when the final solution is settled. The idea of writing down principal just does not seem so fair to folks who did not upgrade there real estate or take cash re-fi's.
