They are inclined to live alone, and developers offering 1 BR luxury living are finding success throughout the State of CT. I think I have bumped into this demographic myself. I recently showed the luxury condo in Stamford called Trump Parc. They have lots of two bedroom units, several penthouse configurations, but only 9 (guestimate) were single bedroom and they were the first to sell out.
